The CQS is the leading kitemark for conveyancing services in the UK. Being CQS accredited guarantees that our Conveyancing experts will deliver professional, high-quality services to clients who are purchasing and selling property – it’s our promise that we will make the process as smooth and as seamless as possible.
Our CQS accreditation means that:
- Our Residential Property Team is made up of trusted experts in the field
- We have achieved the standards of practice and integrity required to be accredited by the CQS
- We will adhere to the CQS’ strict quality standards to ensure that clients receive professional, quality conveyancing services
We don’t have any plans of letting up on our CQS commitments, either – that’s why our Conveyancing Team undergo regular testing to ensure that they continue to meet the CQS’ high standards year-on-year.
Hatchers’ Senior Responsible Officer and head of our Residential Property Team, Jacinta Walmsley, has overall responsibility for ensuring the firm’s compliance with CQS guidelines. She has said:
