Jacinta is the Team Manager of our Residential Property Team. A highly experienced property lawyer with over 30 years’ experience, she deals with all types of acquisitions and sales relating to residential use of land, including site developments and single/multiple plot sales. She has a particular interest in complex rural properties and unregistered titles.
Before joining Hatchers, Jacinta completed her degree in law at Sheffield University, and went on to complete her studies at the College of Law. Following this, she completed her legal training in 1984, and qualified as a Solicitor in 1985. Jacinta joined our Residential Property team in 1991.
Outside of work, Jacinta is a keen sportswoman, and enjoys horse riding, swimming, cycling, running, and sailing. Jacinta is also a long-standing member of the National Trust and the Shropshire Wildlife Trust, and she acts as a trustee of the Wem Millennium Green Trust.
