At Hatchers, we’re always excited by new opportunities to foster the growth and development of our people. That’s why we’re delighted to announce that Lorna Spalding has officially commenced her period of recognised training!
Lorna has been a dedicated member of our Family team since she joined Hatchers in 2022. Since joining our ranks, she has developed a tremendous skillset and has shown a strong commitment to supporting her team, putting her in great stead to start her journey as a Trainee Solicitor.
Sarah Smith, Team Manager of our Family Team, said:
“I recognised Lorna’s potential shortly after she joined the firm. Her ability to quickly grasp the core issues of a case, in addition to her highly empathetic approach to helping clients, have made her an invaluable asset to our team.
“The commencement of Lorna’s training marks a key turning point in the Family Team’s journey, and I am confident that she will continue to make strides as she progresses in her new role as Trainee Solicitor.”
Lorna joins several of our other members whose training contracts are already underway, including Amelia Calton in our Dispute Resolution Team, and Rebecca Carter in our Employment Team. She has said that she is excited “to be able to take a much more hands on approach” to helping her team’s clients.
Lorna’s new role also coincides with our recent influx of new team members, with new additions joining our Dispute Resolution and Family teams. We can’t wait to see where this exciting period of growth takes us!
