Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive | Commercial Property Team
Main responsibilities
You will have sound knowledge of all areas of Commercial and Agricultural Property work including:
- Buying and selling farms and estates
- Agricultural tenancies and easements
- Leasehold and freehold acquisitions
- Commercial leases
- Agreements
- Disposals and redevelopments
- Commercial Property development work
- Financial property matters.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
Experience
- Ideally 3 years minimum PQE.
- Experience of running own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Experience of using Microsoft 365 applications.
Skills and Capabilities
- Knowledge of all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High level of numeracy.
- Ability to prioritise workload within a busy and environment.
- Accuracy and a very high standard of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and deal with multiple tasks effectively.
- Team oriented and collaborative with a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Ability to produce clear and well-presented paperwork.
