Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive | Commercial Property Team (full or part time)
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to expand our busy and friendly Commercial Property Team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established team, providing legal services to clients across our offices in Shrewsbury and Whitchurch.
The Role
This role is based at our Welsh Bridge office in Shrewsbury and full or part time hours will be considered.
Working collaboratively with our busy team, the successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of property matters including all aspects of commercial property, landlord and tenant, development, sales and acquisitions, leases, woodlands, agricultural property, and telecoms.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise, working on a caseload of diverse, high-quality work alongside experienced lawyers and an efficient support team.
You will also be encouraged to develop your caseload and contacts by taking part in networking and business development activities as required.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant PQE in a law firm and detailed knowledge of commercial property work. You will have a detail-oriented approach and demonstrate high standards of client care at all times.
You will have the ability to remain calm and work well under pressure, have excellent organisation skills, and enjoy working autonomously to see matters through from initial instruction to completion.
Hours and Benefits
- Working hours (or variation of) 37 per week – 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm Friday
