Georgia Wakeley has joined Hatchers as a trainee solicitor, she is joined by three legal executives who all plan to start their training contract over the next year.
Georgia, 25 will qualify as a solicitor in July 2016. She started at Hatchers in January 2015 after completing her LPC at the University of Law in Birmingham, alongside working at a small local firm in their private client department. Before this Georgia studied Law at Keele University and gained a first class honours degree.
Esther Richards, head of Hatchers’ Dispute Resolution team, where Georgia has started her training said; “Georgia is an asset to the firm, she is hard working and enthusiastic. Her background in Agriculture will be invaluable for the firm in the future”
Jack Latham, 27, from Shrewsbury will join Georgia in January 2016 as a trainee solicitor in the Employment and Commercial team. Jack started at Hatchers in March 2015 and assists the employment team as a Legal Executive. Jack was pleased to be offered the role at Hatchers as he was looking for a position at a local firm with the level of expertise to train him as well as a range of different commercial clients. Hatchers has a strong client base of local, national and international businesses ranges from multi-million pound turnover to small companies, partnerships and individual traders. Jack studied Law at Warwick University and completed his LPC at BPP in Birmingham.
Joining Georgia and Jack as trainees in April 2016 are Natasha Worrall, 25 and Charlotte Jones, 24. Natasha hopes to specialise in Commercial Property whilst Charlotte is looking forward to a career in litigation. Charlotte studied Law at Keele University and went on to study her LPC at Staffordshire University. Charlotte assists the litigation team at Hatchers as a Legal Executive and over the last year has also assisted the firm’s Residential team.
Natasha is originally from Shropshire but has spent the last two and a half years working for law firm in Bristol, having enjoyed the city life she recently decided to move back to Shrewsbury and started at Hatchers in March 2015. She currently works as a Legal Executive in the Commercial Property team.
