Hatchers Solicitors announce a number of new promotions
The Legal Directors are very pleased to announce that a number of staff have been promoted as a reflection of their experience and overall contribution to the firm and its development.
Emma Jones has taken up to the role of Operations Director, a key role in the firm’s Senior Management Team. Emma, who joined Hatchers in 2003 as an Administration Assistant, has developed into a number of roles within the firm, and most recently held the post of Practice Manager.
Emma works closely with the other Legal Directors in relation to all aspects of the Firm’s operation. She also manages the Firm’s Administration Team across all offices.
Sarah Jane Smith has been promoted to the role of Legal Director. Sarah, a highly experienced Family lawyer, has been head of the Family Team at Hatchers since 2017 and in this time has taken the team from strength to strength.
Helen Cowley and Jennifer Woods have both been promoted to the role of Senior Associate. Helen, a member of the Commercial Property Team, has been with the firm since 2003 and in addition to her senior role in the team, she is also the firm’s Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Jennifer, a Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury Claims Solicitor, has been with the firm since 2015 and alongside her promotion to Senior Associate, has also taken on the role of Team Manager for Dispute Resolution.
Morgan Fitzpatrick and Natasha Worrall have been promoted to the role of Associate. Morgan has been a member of the Family Team since 2017 and as well as practicing traditional family law, she is also a Collaborative Practitioner and a member of Resolution.
Natasha is a member of both the Commercial Property and Corporate Teams having completed her training contract with the firm in 2017. She is a keen networker, often attending various events and careers fairs on behalf of the team.
Rebecca Carter of the Dispute Resolution Team and Victoria Glew of the Personal Injury Team have been promoted to the role of Executive.
Both Rebecca and Victoria support their teams in a secretarial, administrative and paralegal capacity and we are very pleased to formalise their Executive roles in recognition of this contribution.
