Legal Team Support – Dispute Resolution and Injury Claims team – Full Time
Welsh Bridge office, Shrewsbury
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with some previous legal experience to provide secretarial and administration support across our Dispute Resolution and Injury Claims Teams.
You will be instrumental in ensuring the team functions effectively and as well as providing secretarial/administrative support, you will be first point of contact for clients.
We are therefore looking for candidates who are proactive, with excellent organisational skills, who are able to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision.
You will be able to produce and format documents to a very high standard. You will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Word, Outlook and Excel. Experience of using a Case Management system would be an advantage.
You will enjoy interacting with clients and third parties and will have excellent communication and client care skills, as well as a professional and confident telephone manner.
