Victoria is an Associate Chartered Legal Executive in our Wills and Probate Team. Her expertise in the field is wide ranging – some of her main areas of practice include:
- Estate planning
- Wills (including end-of-life wills)
- Advance decisions
- Powers of attorney
Victoria also offers care fee planning and advice, covering matters such as continued healthcare funding, funded nursing care payments, and deferred payment agreements. She also has extensive experience in assisting clients with diminished mental capacity, and is an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
Victoria has worked in the legal sphere for over 10 years. She initially studied specialist subjects in law at CILEX Law School in 2007, before joining Hatchers in 2010 as a Probate Executive. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2016, and was made an Associate in 2023.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and taking cross-border trips into Wales.
