Rachel Roberts

As an Associate Executive within our Family Department, Rachel assists clients in all areas of Family Law. She represents clients in divorce proceedings and also provides advice on the financial aspects arising out of a separation or divorce.

Rachel also specialises in child related matters and is regularly instructed by clients to negotiate:

• Child arrangement orders
• Specific issue orders
• Prohibited steps orders
• Special guardianship orders.

Before joining the firm, Rachel completed her law degree at the University of Wolverhampton in 2006. She joined Hatchers the following year and progressed to an Executive role, before being made an Associate in April 2023.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outdoors, and going to the gym.
