Patrick is a Solicitor within our Dispute Resolution Team. He also sits as one of our Legal Directors and LLP Members.
With over 37 years’ experience in the profession, Patrick is a specialist within the fields of both Civil and Commercial Litigation. Some of his focus areas include:
- Professional negligence
- Commercial contractual disputes
- Personal Injury claims
- Property claims
- Regulatory proceedings
His personal injury practice spans all levels of severity and includes accidents at work, road traffic accidents, brain injuries, fatal accidents, and paraplegia.
Patrick also regularly advises in relation to the Coroner’s Court, including representation at inquests, procedure, and judicial review.
Patrick qualified as a Solicitor in 1986. Before joining Hatchers in 1990, he worked at a specialist litigation practice in Birmingham. Patrick is also a former Deputy Coroner for Mid and North Shropshire, and is a past President of the Shropshire Law Society.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys most forms of sport and is a keen walker. He also loves spending time with his four grandchildren.
