Lauren McHugh

Having initially joined Hatchers as Team Support in 2022, Lauren qualified as a Solicitor in October 2025, spending time within our Wills and Probate, Family and Residential Property Teams during her training period. She describes herself as having a passion for achieving the very best for clients, with an aim to ensure that each person she deals with feels respected and understood.

Before joining the firm, Lauren completed her degree in law at Keele University, and later went on to complete her Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws. She chose to pursue a career in law after undertaking work in legal research and regulatory compliance.

Outside of work, Lauren is a keen musician and enjoys both listening to and performing music in her spare time. She has taken part in various musical theatre productions and has also acted as a vocal coach.
