Joanne Roberts

Joanne is a Legal Director and Solicitor and works within our Residential Property Team. She has extensive experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Equity release
• Remortgages

She is also a panel solicitor for two national builders, acting in the purchase of new build properties.

Before she joined the firm, Joanne completed a degree in Financial and Legal Studies at Sheffield Hallam University, and completed her legal practice course at Staffordshire University. After completing her period of recognised training, Joanne joined Hatchers in 2017, and was made a Senior Associate Solicitor in 2022.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys spending time with her friends and family and going on trips to Liverpool.
