Emma is one of our Dispute Resolution Solicitors, specialising in property disputes in connection with trusts of land and the appointment of trustees. Emma also represents clients across a range of other matters, including:
- Possession proceedings
- Inheritance disputes
- Debt recovery
Before joining Hatchers, Emma completed her degree in law at Chester University. She went on to work as a Legal Secretary, later progressing to a Paralegal role. Emma then completed her Master’s degree and Legal Practice Course at the University of Wolverhampton, where she graduated with a Commendation. She completed her period of recognised training with seats in Wills and Probate, Residential Conveyancing, and Dispute Resolution, qualifying in October 2022. Emma joined Hatchers in July 2023.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys upcycling, crafts and travelling.
