Emma is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property Team. She graduated from Cardiff University with a First-Class Honours degree in Criminology before undertaking her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with the University of Law in Chester. Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 after undertaking her training at a local firm.

Emma has a breadth of experience in all aspects of Commercial Property Law, including:

  • Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
  • Agricultural Property sales, purchases and leases
  • Commercial leases
  • Option agreements and development work

Outside of work, Emma enjoys walking both locally and in the Peak District, and she holds a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines, with a particular passion for pairing food and wine.
