Valerie Edwards

Valerie is a Solicitor within our Commercial Property Department, specialising in both Commercial and Agricultural Property. Valerie’s expertise in Commercial Property is wide ranging, and includes:

• Commercial conveyancing
• Commercial lease extensions
• Complex development work arising out of option agreements

She also offers an array of services related to Agricultural Property, including:

• Agricultural conveyancing
• Agricultural business and Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies
• Advising on landed estates

Prior to joining Hatchers, Valerie studied at the College of Law, and completed her law degree at Aberystwyth University.

Outside of work, Valerie is involved in a number of charities. She was appointed a trustee of the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund in 2019, and in 2020 she became a trustee of the Nature’s SAFE foundation, where she sat as a member of the nominating body for the Earthshot Prize.
