Nigel is the Team Manager of our Employment Department, and also sits as one of the firm’s LLP Members. He advises both employers and employees on all aspects of Employment Law, including:
- Workplace issues and disputes, including employment tribunal claims.
- Settlement agreements
- Unfair dismissal
- Business transfers of staff
Nigel also advises clients in relation to Data Protection Law across a wide range of issues, such as data policies, data breach management and data subject access requests. Additionally, he trains business managers and presents seminars on all aspects of Employment and Data Protection law.
Nigel is currently listed as a recommended solicitor in the 2024 edition of The Legal 500:

Prior to joining the firm in 1997, Nigel spent 17 years working as a Mechanical Engineer in the chemical manufacturing industry.
Outside of work, Nigel enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, where they enjoy hiking, cycling, and fishing.
