Originally from Hong Kong, Hayden moved to the UK to study law at Newcastle University. Upon completing his degree, he joined a Hong Kong law firm, and later went on to work in the Dispute Resolution Team of an international law firm in the UK. Hayden is highly experienced in handling personal injury and employment compensation claims.

Outside of work, Hayden enjoys cycling, photography and archery.
