As our Operations Director, Emma oversees the firm’s HR, IT and marketing functions, and provides additional support to our Compliance and Service Delivery Team. As part of her role, she works closely with our other directors in relation to the firm’s business strategy. Emma is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, in addition to being a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
Emma joined Hatchers in 2003, serving as the firm’s HR Adviser for 11 years before becoming Practice Manager in 2018. She was appointed to Operations Director in 2021, and is the firm’s first non-solicitor director and LLP Member.
Emma lives in Shrewsbury with her husband and two children. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading and going on long dog walks.
