Ann Fisher

Ann is the Team Manager of our Corporate and Commercial Law Department. A highly experienced Solicitor in the field, she advises owner managed businesses on a wide range of matters, including:

• Business sales and acquisitions
• Commercial contracts
• Shareholder agreements
• Joint ventures
• Manufacturing and supply agreements
• Intellectual property
• E-commerce
• Website terms and conditions

Before joining Hatchers, Ann completed her degree in law at Staffordshire University and the College of Law. Additionally, she completed a master’s degree in biochemistry at Oxford University, and has also served as Company Secretary of the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce.

In her spare time, Ann enjoys hill walking, sailing, and listening to music.
