Amy Sweetman

Amy joined Hatchers in 2021 and became an Associate the following year in recognition of her extensive experience and contributions to the Residential Property Team. She enjoys navigating property work with unusual or complex elements that require a more pragmatic approach.

Amy has experience in all aspects of residential property, including:

• Residential conveyancing
• Lease extensions
• Help to Buy schemes
• Transfers of equity
• Adverse possession
• Remortgages

Amy has worked in the industry since 1999, and became a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her 20 years of experience.

Having been raised in Shropshire, Amy continues to live locally to our Whitchurch office with her husband, two children and border terrier. She enjoys spending time with her family, exercising at the gym, and going on runs.
