Hannah is an Associate Solicitor in our Commercial Property Team and a member of the Agricultural Law Association. With a strong background in commercial property and a particular interest in agricultural law, she is experienced in advising clients on matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Leases
- Sales and purchases of agricultural property including farms
- Farm Business Tenancies and grazing licences
Hannah studied law at Aberystwyth University and the Legal Practice Course in Wolverhampton. After completing her training contract with Hatchers, Hannah worked in the commercial property teams of local law firms in Shropshire and Mid-Wales, as well as in the legal teams of local authorities, before re-joining Hatchers in 2024.
Hannah lives near Shrewsbury with her husband and daughter. Away from the office, Hannah is a keen member of Pontesbury Runners and enjoys gardening, reading and parkrun.
